The current behaviour when binding to 0.0.0.0 in a context is that the
process will bind to the FIRST of the available context IP addresses (I
haven't tested this, just serving it from memory).

However, it would seem more natural that the process bind to ALL
available addresses of the context.

Does anyone agree with me?
