Hello All.

Some time ago i asked about patch for kernel 2.4.18-10 with RedHat
patches. Because i have no answer for that, i adapted for that ctx-12
patch.
This patch has changes from original
1) all function moved to kernel/s_context.c
2) all defines moved to include/linux/s_context.h
3) in patch not include patches for file system.

As RH rewriting task scheduler - not work "sched" option in config
file. Work in this path is progress.
