We miss the information about old kernel/util-vserver and new
kernel/util-vserver.
I get similar Behaviour when coming from Debian Kernels/util-verser to
current ones as the Barrier Flags are set 'strange'. Amongst others I
found one set on /usr in one case, successfully preventing util-verser
to run the needed binaries.
