[vserver] Linux 3.0 Image Available for AMD64

Hi all,

I've sorted the first image for linux-3.0 on the Psand repository. The
meta package is linux-image-vserver-3.0-beng which will pull in
linux-image-3.0.0-vs2.3.1-pre8-beng. AMD64 only for the time being.

Basic instructions on http://repo.psand.net/info/ as ever.
