that sounds like unification (from what i remember reading 2 years ago
when i began using vservers), not hashification (vhashify, which i use
across all my guests and have spoken of on this list multiple times).
is unification even supported anymore? i thought it was deprecated in
favor of hashification.
anyways, look into vhashify which i know requires no knowledge of the
guest operating system's package manager/management (and will even work
for manual configure-make-install software).
