[Vserver] New Debian Document

I put together some documentation for Psand.net about a vserver setup I
did for them. They release pretty much everything they do as open source.
They asked me to make it generic so that it could be put on their website
flakey.info (They release pretty much everything they do as openly). It's
for Debian "etch" basically. Any suggestions for how to improve this would
be much appreciated. The document is situated at:

It's released under the GFDL.
