The only real problem I've had upgrading the host from a 2.4 kernel to a
2.6 kernel was due to the inclusion of NTPL (NPTL?) in 2.6 which breaks
Berkley DB (if it isn't compiled with support for NPTL).
If you're running RPM based guests watch out because RPM breaks!
