Do they not have DSL type broadband in Germany? Here in the UK, you
can get 1MB DSL (so thats 8 times faster than standard ISDN), always on
connections from just £14.99 per month (EUR 21) and that's all you
pay. The UK phone system is deemed a bit archaeic with regard to keeping
up with technology, so I'd be VERY suprised if a tech-haven like
Germany don't have similar offerings?
