this is a problem with the tools ...
c17h has the new syscall switch (the first version
which uses the offcial syscall for vserver) and
therefor requires newer tools, like the util-vserver
in the same download directory ...
probably jack will update his vserver tools soon too
and the debian people will update their packages ...
