iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -d 207.35.xxx.yy -p tcp -m tcp
--dport 80 -j DNAT --to-destination 207.35.xxx.zz:80

same thing with the corresponding POSTROUTING chain.

The filter table rules were doing ok, only those in the nat table where
causing problems.

I'm not a "kernel patcher"... I tend to use pre-compiled kernel. Sorry
:-) Another thing I'll have to learn one of these days...
