the best diagnosis I can provide is that
a) you are using jfs (which uses IS_IMMUTABLE)
b) the ctx16 patch does not provide the IS_IMMUTABLE
c) everything else is okay ...
so I would suggest, you change the references
yourself and Jacques should think about adding
this to the next release ...
