Just to say they are both out. A full changelog will follow.

On the kernel side

-bind any works with multiple IP
-bind any shows as 0.0.0.0 in netstat
-udp broadcast are properly tied to ipv4root.
-Mapping of 127.0.0.1 to ipv4root for udp.

Those little changes should enable many apps which were failing with ctx-14.
The semantic now looks like the real thing.

Check out ftp.solucorp.qc.ca/pub/vserver/patches/patch-2.4.19-ctx14-ctx15 to
see a small diff against ctx-14.

Once the real changelog is done, I will start working on 2.4.20 and other
goodies (real private loopback, quota, resource limits).
