I *think* there's a 1.x version out there as well, but this is the only one I can lay my hands on right now. This version creates .html files via cronjob. The 1.x version uses cgi files instead.
Although 0.85 is very functional, it is um... especially ugly. 1.x (if you can find it) looks more like a release, less like someone just learned to use gimp. My recollection is that 1.x also supports tracking usage on a per port basis, while 0.85 just does per-IP.
