IRC (Internet Relay Chat)

IRC is a realtime messaging, or chat system, that is based on Free Software and has been working across all operating systems and computers for over 10 years now. We recommend you give it a try, in fact, why not come and join us online now?

GNU/Linux, or other Unix users could try X-Chat, BitchX, or the KSirc that comes with KDE. To connect you will need to pick a username that identifies you (your Nick, or Nickname) and then connect the irc.uk.oftc.net IRC server, once you connected you can join us in the #nott channel.

If you are still considering switch over to Free Software or GNU/Linux then you can still join us by using Apple Macintosh or Windows IRC software such as mIRC and clicking on the following link: irc://irc.uk.oftc.net/nott.
